But if you have someone who just gives good service but doesn’t have an intimate knowledge of the area and a thorough understanding of the real estate process, you’re not going to get the best deals for your clients.”
 She also knows that experience plays a role in a successful real estate transaction. “You have to know the right people, have the right contacts and be able to surround each client with a strong support team including mortgage bankers, home inspectors and attorneys. You can’t do that unless you have experience in the industry and the community.”
