 Gracie's Ravioli has been a dream for many years since my mother, Gracie, and I sat at our kitchen table eating her wonderful food and talking about opening an Italian food speciality shop someday. After she died, the dream became my mission.
Gracie's Ravioli is the most complete Italian food speciality market in Rockland County and also offers an extensive sandwich menu and authentic regional Italian cooking for take-out or informal cafe-style eating.
We stock an incomparable array of genuine Italian products – the famous salume (cured meats) and spectacular cheeses of Italy, and as many imported, hard-to-find culinary ingredients as we can fit on our shelves.
 With the unique Nyack community in mind, I enlisted Nyack resident Julia della Croce, noted Italian food authority and award-winning cookbook author, to adapt her recipes for our menu and scour Italy for the artisinal foods we sell at Gracie's.
From the island of Sicily that was Gracie's homeland, to the Italian northeast and every region in between, we bring you select products from some of the country's best farmers, food artisans and olive oil producers. As Gracie would have it, we strive to give you cooked foods of uncompromising quality and all the ingredients you would need to reproduce the remarkable dishes of Italy at home.
